One request from one of your users, carried to done or to an honest stop. A task covers up to 25 actions, meaning the clicks, typing and page changes that request needs. A rare very long request counts one more task for every further 25 actions.
Not when the failure is ours. If Stiro gets stuck or hits an error, that run is free. If it stops because your app says no, such as a missing permission or an approval step, it counts, because your user got a correct answer. On the free Developer plan every run counts toward its 50, since there is no bill.
Stiro stops at your plan’s tasks until your next billing month, and you are never billed past them. Your users never see a limit message: Stiro quietly steps out of your app, and your admins see why in the dashboard.
One request covers up to 25 items. Past that, Stiro stops, says how far it got, and your user asks again for the rest. It counts like any request: one task for every 25 actions.
No. The Developer plan is free: 50 runs a month, up to 5 a day. It stops there, so it can never bill you.
Create a free account, then choose Starter or Growth on the Plan page of your dashboard. Checkout is run by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which takes the payment, handles tax and sends your invoice. The plan works as soon as the payment goes through. It renews monthly until you cancel.
From the Plan page of your dashboard, at any time. No further payment is taken, the plan keeps working to the end of the month you paid for, and then you are on the free Developer plan. A first subscription can be refunded within 14 days; our Refund and Cancellation Policy has the details.
Yearly billing, with two months free. Extra tasks you switch on, with a cap of their own. Rules for what Stiro may never do in your app. A view of where your users get blocked. And for Enterprise, SSO and a choice of where your data lives. We don’t give dates, and none of these is part of a plan until it ships.
